QA/QC Manager

Your new company:
An established leading metal provider in Malaysia and a prominent player in the metal fabrication industry. This company has hundreds of manufacturing facilities, and they are committed to delivering quality for industries ranging from automotive, electrical, and engineering.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure the factory maintains necessary hardware and software quality capabilities for meeting specified requirements and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with R&D and Project Engineering to develop QC protocols for investigating integrity of new and existing parts/products.
• Provide expert analysis and interpretation of quality data using engineering standards and tools to address short and long-term quality issues.
• Work with Production HoDs to analyze, create, and implement processes that conform to quality standards, ensuring consistent execution in delivering customer orders.
• Organize and allocate QC resources effectively to meet customer delivery commitments in terms of quality and time, supporting production teams with QC protocols and inspections.
• Ensure QA and QC team is sustainably staffed, developed, and directed, providing leadership, support, coaching on Kaizen projects, and career development opportunities for quality talents with HR support.

You are required to have:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in relevant field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently.
