Main responsibilities of the Sales Engineer, Standard Industrial
- Expand the qualified customer database within targeted segments.
- Promptly follow up on sales leads, ensuring rapid response to customer inquiries.
- Offer expert consultation on company's product solutions and applications.
- Acquire new customers in both MNC and SME sectors by identifying their requirements and engineering tailored adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Enhance market visibility of company's products and services while effectively managing projects and customer relationships.
Key requirements
- Possession of a degree or diploma in any engineering discipline, preferably in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Control Instrumentation System components such as sensors and transmitters.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a technical sales environment. Previous experience in industrial equipment sales within the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with sales and distribution processes, coupled with intermediate project management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
