Job Description
We are seeking a customer-oriented and technically knowledgeable Japanese-speaking Sales professional to support customers, partners, and distributors in China.
1. Customer Management (Primarily the China Market)
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, distributors, and partners, and build long-term relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities within China-related customer segments
(approximately two weeks of travel per month). - Support China-related projects, events, and audits as required.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, cost calculations, and tender documentation.
2. Technical Product Expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products (motorcycle chains, components, accessories, and technical products).
- Provide technical explanations, product recommendations, and application-based solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations as needed.
3. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing.
- Coordinate order processing to ensure smooth handling of customer orders.
- Support the translation of technical documents, reports, and product materials
(English ⇔ Japanese, Chinese ⇔ Japanese).
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, sales, or account management.
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry, engineering, electronics, or industrial products is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese internally.
