Senior HR Manager
An established Japanese based company in Kedah is looking for HR expertise in strategic planning and transformation initiatives to lead the HR department.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum HR including recruitment and staffing, training and learning, organizational development, policies review and etc
- Redesign the HR strategy & management to have stronger trust from employees, along with compensation benchmarking
- Develop and deploy new policies in align with regulations and HQ instructions
Job Requirements
- At least bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
- Working experience – 25 years or more experience in HR field, with at least 15 years in managerial role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in multinational setting including US, Japanese or EU
- Open for permanent employment and fixed-term contract
