Our client, well established heavy industries manufacturing based company in Johore , looking for suitable candidates
The responsibilities are as below : -
• Manage adherence to Process Control Plan and Master production schedule (MPS).
• Manage and plan with responsible engineer equipment/quality issues with the relevant support groups.
• Manage and establish proper communication channel between his/her colleagues and the immediate superior on the daily production operation and activities.
• Manage and plan with relevant support group on the quality and CIP for the Clamp division.
• Communicate effectively through all levels of the organization.
• Coordinate with process team for quality improvements, continuous improvements to improve production yield, reduce reject rate.
• Plan with relevant support group on the manpower thru automation system to improve visuality of
manpower for each line and process to improve productivity monitoring and improvements.
• Optimize parameters and programs to improve cycle time , continuous improve cleanliness control
and schedule with maintenance team to setup preventive maintenance schedule which related to plating line and surrounding area related
• Manage budget / CAPEX for equipment and maintenance plan for Surface treatment clamp Division.
• Final discharge WWTP effluent comply to Environment Quality (Industrial Effluent)Regulation 2009
• Review document of Legal (OER & eSWIS) and Plant record.
• Review Performance monitoring of the waste treatment plant.
• Overall review on the preventive maintenance for equipment and waste water treatment.
• Overall review on the In house treatment system and track on the cost saving.
• Collaborate with Process and Engineering team on the new project and new business.
• Daily plant inspection as per DOE requirement to ensure Plant operate accordingly.
• Report, rectify and provide solution to Manager /Competent Person during system upset.
