JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage incoming user requests and training sessions
 - Resolve basic user inquiries through email or live demos
 - Support system owner and key master users with data clean-ups, minor system updates, and fixes
 - Update metatag values lists
 - Manage system communication such as system messages, system email templates, database dashboard, and similar
 - Maintain the assets of the newly developed employer brand (EVP) in Picturepark
 - Facilitate the implementation of the employer value proposition (EVP) by providing asset-related support to local communication teams
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two years' experience in user support for digital platforms, such as Picturepark
 - Experience in basic data maintenance, metadata tagging, and value lists management
 - Some knowledge of HTML/CSS
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
 - Highly organized and self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently
 - Excellent oral and written English communication skills
