JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
- To assist the Warehouse Supervisor to manage the employees from the Warehouse department. Responsible for assigning the daily work to the Warehouse Technicians and measuring team performance.
- To coordinate systematic order processing (organization and execution from warehouse activities, receiving, order picking, packing and shipping). Responsible for handover of all daily issues to other shift.
- To create within guidelines a planning, work schedules, work instructions etc. and manages the execution.
- Responsible for the inventory and replenishment management for warehouse supplies, spare parts and other warehouse materials.
- To monitor quality, safety, security, work conditions and is responsible for organization of housekeeping activities within the department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in any field, preferably related to warehouse management or logistics.
- Have more than 5 years’ experience in warehousing operations and experience in leading warehouse staffs.
- Good knowledge in Warehouse System and Warehouse Operations Management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work in manufacturing setting in rotating shift.
