MNC manufacturer of compostable/ biobased resins and bags for export markets is looking for Assistant Production Manager to assist in supervising the overall factory operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for planning, managing and executing production operations
- Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards
- Coordinate and plan production manpower arrangement, workflow and schedule
- Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations
- Monitor and control operational cost according to KPI
- Involved in risk management and audit activities
- Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards
- Understand relevant requirements for ISO, GMP, CoC, SCS and ensure compliance to standards and policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Manufacturing or any relevant fields
- At least 5 years of working experience in production operations
- Strong knowledge in manufacturing, preferably in blown film extrusion and specifically in Gravure & Flexographic printing technology
- Hands on with strong technical and trouble shooting skills
- Positive work attitude with good analytical and communication skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Able to work in a team environment
