Job Descriptions
Design, implement and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions for cost reduction and waste elimination.
Apply lean, six sigma or other improvement methodologies to streamline workflows
Manage and mentor engineers and staff, building technical and problem solving capabilities
Provide training on process improvement tools and methodologies
Evaluate existing manufacturing/operations processes for efficiency, cost and quality
Standardize workflows to ensure repeatability and scalability
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across departments
Ensure processes meet ISO, OSHA and industry-specific regulations
Audit processes to ensure adherence to standards
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Master's degree or MBA (prefer)
5 years of experience in manufacturing cable assembly, semiconductor industry and 2 years in management role
Hands on experience with lean manufacturing, six sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, quality control systems, safety.
