JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct on-site supplier audits/ visits and support regular meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish action plan
- Control and manage inspection activity of incoming material
- Understand and communicate customer's product acceptance and expectation to supplier
- Liaise with supplier on product recall and containment action plan upon any non-conformance detection
- Work to resolve supplier quality issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply
- Collect and evaluate monthly supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 2 years of post-qualification experience in Supplier Quality Management
- Experience in semiconductor industry
- Proactive and self-discipline
