Key Responsibilities for Technical Sales Engineer
- Oversee all activities within the Sales Department.
- Create proposals and cost estimates for customers.
- Record and report all sales and business activities, and conduct prospecting duties, reporting to the sales manager.
- Execute tasks outlined in the ISO Integrated Management System.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Engage in internal technical discussions for customized solutions.
- Support customer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Collaborate with the Technical Support team to provide post-sales assistance to customers.
- Manage assets related to demonstration equipment.
- Provide close support to Sales teams in meeting sales targets.
- Assist customers with any technical issues.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and follow up on sales inquiries/proposals from customers.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Management, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 2 years or more in a vacuum leak testing technical background or related field.
- Fresh graduates are preferred; experienced candidates with knowledge in the same field are welcome to apply.
