A leading company in the general trading industry, with a wide range of business activities in various sectors and region is looking for Sales Manager/Assistant Manager who is specializing in Plastic industry to be part of their Chemicals Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish close relationships with customers and potential customers by constant communication
- Explain market trends, propose efficient logistics & financial schemes and provide various trouble
- solutions, negotiation of term and conditions, pricing and finalizing deals to optimize revenue growth
- Develop new products/ field with appropriate strategies from marketing research and analysis, visiting
- customers etc.
- Identify customers' needs and consumption, competitors' activities, and constantly improve/ sustain market share
- Manage & coaching the team/subordinates and achieve individual and Company sales target
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers and handle some other ad-hoc project assign by Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing or Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in Plastic industry
- Preferably specializing in Plastic industry and has business connection and experiences in Petrochemicals,
- Distributors, Compounder, or Plastic processing companies / manufacturers
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed in foreign trade, both import and export
- Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas
