JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong leadership bench and pipeline to ensure smooth succession in critical roles for business sustainability
- Leadership in the identification and revision of corporate learning curriculum based on understanding of business needs
- Provide leadership in the strategizing and operational recruitment and sourcing initiatives
- Lead and guide Talent Management and Succession strategies
- Ensure sound HR practices, systems and procedures are in order to support the business, legal & statutory requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 10 years working experience in various related HR functions eg Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Learning
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a HR leadership role and managing C-level and Board management
- Proven record in Talent Management and Succession is preferred
