A global Japanese logistics group is looking to hire talent as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer to be based in Bangi working on a hybrid mode.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Customize and configure the MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform to suit the specific requirements of end users. This entails tailoring modules, devising custom workflows, and facilitating integrations with other systems, as necessary.
- Provide comprehensive technical expertise and guidance across all facets of MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Remain current with the latest platform updates and features to drive continuous enhancement and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams to gain insights into business processes and detailed needs.
- Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and design solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
- Develop and execute rigorous test plans to validate the quality and functionality of customizations and integrations.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to deploy solutions, offering technical support and troubleshooting both pre- and post-implementation.
Contribute to a culture of teamwork and knowledge exchange within the organization.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in overseeing full-cycle implementation of AX2012 with at least 1 year experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Able to develop technical solutions, system architecture, and deployment of D365FO.
- Investigate and resolve technical challenges, including identifying root causes and developing new reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather system requirements.
- Ensure ongoing system maintenance, monitoring, and technical assistance.
- Supervise the deployment, implementation, and continual maintenance of the system platform.
- Identify and address technical risks and issues associated with the system.
- Experience in network systems, familiarity with cloud computing and services (DevOps) and a strong grasp of IT infrastructure if a plus.
- Proficiency in utilizing Power BI to create appealing dashboards and the ability to manage development tools, including RSAT tools would be advantageous.
