Job Responsibilities
Supports technical aspects throughout its lifecycle, from design and development to sales and support.
Bridge the gap between technical teams and users, ensuring the product meets user needs and market demands.
Perform troubleshooting, provide technical guidance, and contribute to product improvement.
Create and update documentation, such as user manuals, FAQs, and tutorials, to help customers use the product more effectively.
Job Requirements
Min 3-5 years of work experience in related industries.
Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for hardware debugging and
troubleshooting.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with
customers and internal teamsAbility to travel globally to meet and support customers when required.
